How to Use
As a dietary supplement, mix 4.9 g (1 measuring scoop) with 250 ml of water.
During the first week, drink one serving daily.
From the second week, increase the intake to 2 servings (one in the morning and one in the evening).
Maximum effect is achieved after consuming 3 containers, though noticeable positive changes—such as waking up feeling refreshed, reduced drowsiness after meals, and significantly lessened hangovers—will be evident by the end of the first container.
There are no restrictions on usage duration, but after completing 3 containers, only maintenance doses (1 every 2–3 days) will be required.

How much LiverGuard should I take to reverse my Fatty Liver?
You should follow the recommendations in the leaflet – 1 measurement spoon the first 2 weeks and 2 measurement spoons till end of the course. Though there is no time limitation of the intake, we recommend after completion of each 3 months cycle, to impose a rest period of 3 months, before the next course. The health status of the liver can be monitored via blood tests -for inflammation and via echography (ultrasonography) visual studies- for fat deposits and size of the liver. I'm having loose stool after I started taking LiverGuard. Is this normal?
This is normal and is a result from the fat metabolism boost, provided by LiverGuard. It lasts from 2 to 7 days and has to be managed via the dose of your daily intake (1 measure spoon per serving). You can make also some timing adjustments of the intake like- start on Saturday (when not at work) and/or move the intake in the evening (in order to avoid having a stressful situation during a travel). It is important to be noticed, that this is not a diarrhea, but a more often defecation where the stool gets loose for several days. Once this phase is over and the stool gets normalized, you can increase the dose for the load up period to 2 measure spoons per serving (eventually split in morning and evening intake).
How long can I take LiverGuard? Should I pause after certain period?
There are no limitations about the period for LiverGuard intake. Though, after a full course of 3 containers, it is recommendable to suspend the intake for 3 months, before repeating the course.
Is LiverGuard safe? Are there any side effects?
LiverGuard is safe. No side effects have been reported about the product and are not associated with any of its ingredients. Though it is not tested on infants and therefor such application can be considered only after medical provider advise.

Can I take more than one dose a day to speed up the reversal of my Fatty Liver?
The daily recommended dose is 2 measurable spoons per serving. You should not exceed the recommended daily intake.
