Time Frame for Returns and Refunds
Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted if the packaging shows any signs of damage.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Download the return form.
- Fill out the form.
- Send the filled out form, together with the copy of the online receipt to: moc.stnemelppus-epyh @troppus
- We will generate a courier return form and send it back to you.
- Print the form and send the products back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
- Customers can choose between a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
- The refund process can take up to 1 week after the goods are received from the courier.
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Customers should contact our support team and provide proof that the product was damaged by the courier.
- If confirmed by our staff, we will ship a replacement product at our expense.
Product Exchanges
- If the product is unopened and undamaged, customers can exchange it for another product from the site.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions (returning the old product and shipping the new product).
Documentation Required for Returns
Customers need to quote the order number to identify the transaction that needs modification.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
- Applied coupons will not be refunded or reactivated. For example, if a client has used a one-time coupon, it will not be reactivated.
Notification of Return Status
Customers will be notified about the status of their return or refund on their account page and by email.
Delayed Refunds
If customers do not receive their refund within the expected time frame, they should contact us.
