We want your LiverGuard order to reach you quickly and safely. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving confirmed payment. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery to addresses within Bulgaria takes 1–3 working days.
Delivery times may be slightly extended during public holidays or peak periods. If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to contact us before placing it.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders of 50 EUR and above. For orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee applies. The exact cost is always calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order — no surprises.

Our Courier Partners
We ship with Econt and Speedy — Bulgaria’s two most reliable courier networks. You can select your preferred carrier at checkout.
You may have your order delivered to a home or office address, or choose to pick it up from any Econt or Speedy courier office.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code from the courier by SMS or email. Use this code to track your shipment in real time on the courier’s website:

Inspect Before Payment (Cash on Delivery)
If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, you have the right to inspect the outer packaging of the parcel before paying. This allows you to verify that the package is intact and has not been visibly damaged in transit.
Please note that inspection of the package contents (opening the product) must be done after payment, in accordance with our return policy.
Undeliverable Orders
If you are not found at the delivery address within the courier’s delivery window, or if access to the delivery address cannot be arranged, HYPE Supplements is released from the obligation to deliver your order. You may contact us to arrange a redelivery attempt; any additional shipping costs will be charged to you.
Important: please ensure that the address and phone number you provide at checkout are complete and accurate. Orders with incorrect or incomplete contact details are considered invalid, and we are not obligated to fulfil them.
Returns and Exchange Shipping
Transport costs related to product returns, exchanges, or warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels sent to us at our expense will be refused or returned to the sender, unless individual arrangements have been agreed in advance with our support team.
