How to take the set
The starting daily routine is 1 scoop of LiverGuard and 1 sachet of Longevity CODE. Prepare each drink separately, following the product directions.

Dissolve 1 scoop (4.9 g) in 250 ml of cold or room-temperature water. Stir with a spoon, shaker or frother. Take before or with breakfast.
Before a main meal · Longevity CODE
Dissolve 1 sachet in a glass of water and take it 30 minutes before a main meal. Choose lunch or dinner to fit your daily routine.
Starting and changing the dose
For the first two weeks, start with 1 scoop of LiverGuard a day. The LiverGuard directions allow an increase to 2 scoops a day after the adaptation period, if well tolerated. This is a direction for the individual product, not an automatic next step for the set.
Daily limits for each product: LiverGuard – up to 2 scoops; Longevity CODE – a maximum of 4 sachets, according to Dr. Rayna Stoyanova. These maximums are not a recommended combined routine.
