At HYPE Supplements, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights when returning a product and how we handle refunds. It applies to all purchases made through hype-supplements.com.
I. Refusing Delivery
You have the right to refuse to accept a delivered order if:
- The item delivered clearly does not match the item you ordered, as can be established by ordinary visual inspection; or
- The item or its packaging was visibly damaged during transport.
If you discover a significant defect after accepting delivery — one that could not have been identified through ordinary inspection — please contact us as soon as possible to request a return.
II. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without owing any compensation or penalty and without stating a reason.
To exercise this right, the returned product must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned in its original, undamaged packaging;
- Fully complete with all included accessories;
- Hygienic protective seal (heat-shrink band) must be fully intact and undamaged.
Important: If the hygienic protective seal has been broken or removed, we are unable to accept the return. This is in accordance with Art. 57, item 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, which excludes sealed goods from the right of withdrawal once the seal is broken after delivery.
III. Our Extended 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to the statutory 14-day right, HYPE Supplements voluntarily offers an extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery, you may return it under the same conditions as the statutory right of withdrawal — original packaging, fully complete, with the hygienic seal intact.

IV. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and a brief description of your reason for returning. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. Parcels sent to us at our expense will be refused and returned to the sender, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance with our support team.
Please pack the product securely and use a trackable shipping method.
V. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund in full within 14 days of the date you exercised your right of withdrawal, provided we have received the goods or evidence of dispatch.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Card payments are refunded to the same card.
When a Refund May Be Declined
We reserve the right to decline a refund if:
- The product is not in a commercially acceptable condition;
- The integrity of the product or its packaging has been compromised or is missing; or
- The hygienic protective seal has been broken.
Please preserve the product and its original packaging unchanged until the return has been fully resolved.
VI. Wrong Item or Damaged Product
If you received the wrong item or a product that was damaged before or during delivery, please contact us at support@hype-supplements.com immediately, including your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
VII. Consumer Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises in connection with an online purchase, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
For matters not covered by this policy, the applicable provisions of Bulgarian consumer protection legislation apply.
