What is LiverGuard
LiverGuard is the most powerful product of Hype Supplements for liver health.
If you’re dealing with fatty liver, elevated liver enzyme indicators, high cholesterol, obesity, type 2 diabetes, bad skin outlook or severe hangovers, as well as after an anabolic steroid cycle, it’s time to focus on liver health and recovery.
LiverGuard is a new generation dietary supplement aimed to support normal liver functions- fat metabolism, glucose control, energy management, detoxification processes and liver self-regeneration, by providing a HIGH DOSE of Choline, Inositol, Methionine, and Taurine, in order to catch up with potential nutritional deficiencies in a fast and safe way.
LiverGuard helps reduce liver fat and regulate levels of so-called “bad” cholesterol by supporting the breakdown of fats in the body and reducing fatty deposits in the cell walls of the heart muscle, liver, arteries, and brain in the case of a choline deficiency. By normalizing liver functions, the body gets extra energy and overall health improvement.
How it works
Unlike other common supplements for liver protection and detoxification, LiverGuard contains conditionally essential substances in ample quantities and the right combination to compensate for their immediate deficiency quickly and safely.
These are substances that the body cannot produce or produces in insufficient amounts, necessitating their addition from external sources – food and/or dietary supplements.
The LiverGuard formula is designed to safely compensate for such deficiencies, allowing the body and liver to restore their normal functions regarding fat metabolism and overcome the consequences of their prolonged deficiency.
In Detail:
- Supports liver function by aiding lipid metabolism in the body.
- Contributes to lowering liver enzymes ASAT and ALAT, as well as improving the balance between LDL (bad) and HDL (good) cholesterol.
- Benefits the gallbladder by improving bile movement.
- Stimulates proper metabolic processes and contributes to burning excess fats, particularly beneficial for people with overweight.
- Helps reduce the overall level of fats in the body and strengthens the heart muscle and blood vessels.
- Supports reduction of liver inflammation caused by different sources, including anabolic steroid cycles.
- Through its beneficial effect on the liver, the product also aids in the body’s detoxification.
- Supports in anxious states and stress. All ingredients and their quantities are carefully selected, acting not only independently but also in synergy, supporting the proper progression of interconnected processes in the body.
Ingredients and their function
- Choline (Essential): Choline is crucial for maintaining normal liver function. It actively participates in the process of metabolizing and transporting fats from the liver, preventing fat accumulation and the development of fatty liver.
- Inositol (Conditionally Essential): Inositol supports the liver’s metabolic functions, especially in managing hormonal balance and regulating insulin levels. It contributes to normal cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations, the normal transfer of nutrients through the cell membrane, and the normal breakdown of fats in fatty liver.
- Methionine (Essential): As an essential amino acid, methionine plays an important role in the detoxification of the liver. It is the necessary material for producing glutathione in the liver—a powerful antioxidant that helps protect and restore liver cells.
- Taurine (Essential): Taurine is a powerful antioxidant that supports the overall function of the liver, participating in detoxification processes and maintaining cellular integrity. It also helps regulate bile juices and maintain a healthy fat metabolism.
Fatty Liver
- Fatty liver, also known as liver steatosis, can seriously impair liver function and lead to various health issues if not addressed timely.
- The accumulation of excess fats in the liver can disrupt its ability to process and break down toxins, medications, and fats. This can lead to toxin buildup and excess fats in the body, increasing stress on other organs.
- Prolonged fattiness can cause liver inflammation (steatohepatitis), which over time can progress to fibrosis – replacing normal liver cells with connective tissue.
- Irreversible liver damage, known as cirrhosis, is the final stage of liver fibrosis. Cirrhosis can lead to a significant reduction in liver function and is associated with a risk of liver failure and liver cancer.
- Chronic inflammation and damage to the liver can increase the risk of developing hepatocellular carcinoma, one of the most common types of liver cancer.
- Fatty liver is associated with an increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, as it often accompanies and may cause conditions such as obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes, and Metabolic Syndrome. To prevent these consequences, it’s important to lead a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and avoiding alcohol and other harmful substances. If symptoms or risk factors are present, regular medical check-ups are essential for early detection and treatment of fatty liver. The supplementation with LiverGuard does provide the essential substances to your liver to help its self-repairing and regeneration processes and return back to normal.
Usage instructions and recommended daily dose
To prepare 1 dose, mix 1 scoop of powder 250 ml of water (cold or room temperature). Preferably mix it with milk frother or mixer, to quickly dissolve all the ingredients. If you mix by hand, it will take longer for the particles to dissolve. The liquid has a fruity drink flavor and can be taken during or after the meal.
Take 1 dose (preferably during lunch) during the first 2 weeks, and 2 doses (one at lunch and one at dinner) till end of load up period.
DURATION OF INTAKE:
For optimal results, the load up period should typically continue for about 3 months. The duration of intake should be determined based on blood screening and/or ultrasound of your liver. Usually, overweight suggests the need for a longer intake. Longer intake periods (3-6 months) can be maintained with 1 measurement spoon daily once the load up period is completed.
CAUTION:
During the first week of intake, slight digestive disturbances may be caused due to the rapid mobilization of lipid metabolism, which the body (especially in overweight individuals) is usually not accustomed to. Those can manifest as increased number of daily defecations and/or reduction of stool density. After the first week, those discomforts vanish. After the second week, increasing the intake to 2 measurement spoons per day, should be done only in case of regular bowel movements and normal stool density. Splitting the intake in 2 portions- at lunch time and at dinner reduces the odds for defecation disturbances on the long run.
We strongly advise against aggressive attempts to reduce body weight before normalizing liver function, which is evidenced by normalizing liver and cholesterol profiles, even if weight lowering is desperately needed. Any diet causing rapid weight loss (over 1 kg per week) leads to overloading the liver and other risks, which we recommend avoiding through strict monitoring of personal weight and blood exams.
A mild diet, just avoiding fast carbs (like sugar, honey and glucose-fructose syrup) will help you to achieve faster your cholesterol targets.
WARNINGS:
Not to be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or by infants. Not to be used by individuals diagnosed with colon cancer. Not to be used in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Store in the original packaging, in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Medical Screening
If you wish to track the effects of taking this product, you can also perform the following medical examinations before starting the product and after at least 30 days of product intake:
Liver screening
- Alanine aminotransferase (ALAT/ALT): An enzyme found mainly in the liver. High levels may indicate liver damage.
- Aspartate aminotransferase (ASAT/AST): An enzyme found in various tissues, including the liver. Elevated levels may be a sign of liver damage.
- Gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT): Elevated levels may indicate liver or bile duct damage.
- Alkaline phosphatase (ALP): An enzyme associated with the bile ducts; high levels may indicate a blockage of the bile ducts.
- Bilirubin: High levels may indicate jaundice or other liver-related problems.
Cholesterol screening
- Total cholesterol: This is the total amount of cholesterol in your blood. High levels may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
- High-density lipoprotein (HDL, “good cholesterol”): HDL helps remove other forms of cholesterol from your bloodstream. Higher levels are better.
- Low-density lipoprotein (LDL, “bad cholesterol”): High levels of LDL can lead to plaque buildup in your arteries and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, especially when combined with high levels of triglycerides.
- Triglycerides: This is another type of fat in your blood. High levels can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and the buildup of “bad cholesterol” in the bloodstream, heart, and liver.
Liver and Gallbladder Ultrasonography
Ultrasonography of the liver and gallbladder represents a non-invasive imaging technique that provides high-resolution insights into the health of these organs. When integrated with additional diagnostic modalities, such as serological analyses (blood sampling), it typically furnishes a robust foundation enabling healthcare practitioners to accurately diagnose hepatic and biliary conditions.
Medical screening is the best approach to determine your condition. Consult your medical provider on any health issues. LiverGuard is not a medicine and is not intended to cure any decease. It should be used as support to prescribed treatment.
LiverGuard is being prescribed by medical providers for its benefits in supporting liver functions and liver health, fat management, glucose management and liver inflammation.
